We experience polarization of society and its negative consequences in our daily life. But what is its cause and what could we do to tackle it? How could we reunite our society? These are questions that inspired us to act. We are building a community platform centered around the „old” idea of finding common ground, an idea that needs to be rediscovered. Using a specific methodology, applicable both in nonprofit and commercial contexts, we design events focused on the power of the common ground and that will deliver recommendations.

Our Team
We are a diverse international team from various backgrounds. A strong passion for changing the world brought us together and keeps us motivated to continue to work hard and see our vision become reality – and create A New Reality. The activities of our organisation are implemented within the European Union.
With a core team working around around Europe, we decided to structure our activity as a registered non-profit association. Our association obtained legal personality status in Romania, European Union, in the first part of 2023, under the name COMREAL (no. 1444/A/2023 in the National Registry of NGOs). Events
We are designing an event, that enables our participants to experience the power of good conversation and of Common Ground. But changing the lives of our participants isn’t our only goal: usually, at the end of a weekend of diving deep into the respective topic and exploring each others realities, concrete recommendations will be presented to those, who are in the position of implementing them. To create a better, A New Reality.
